Tether-supported Rumble Enables Cryptocurrency Tipping, Launches Rumble Wallet

BlockBeats News, November 24th, according to overseas KOL revelations, the Tether-backed video sharing platform Rumble has now supported BTC, XAUT, and USDT for tipping. Currently, the test is only open to Android users and is limited to a few thousand participants. At the same time, Rumble Wallet has been launched.

Rumble announced in December 2024 that it had reached a final agreement with Tether, receiving a $775 million strategic investment. As part of the deal, Tether purchased 103,333,333 shares of Rumble Class A common stock at a price of $7.50 per share, totaling $775 million. Of this, $250 million will be used for growth plans, including attracting more content creators, strategic acquisitions, and enhancing Rumble Cloud's technology infrastructure.
